We highly recommend the Mini Shower. It makes cleaning diapers easy and YUK free. Simply rinse the stool off the diaper into the toilet (do not wring the cold water out of the diaper) and put it into a dry diaper pail until wash day. The fresh clean water removes the stool and helps keep staining away. It is much better than soaking you diaper in a pail of dirty water (less bacteria).
The mini shower saves time and water. You use only a small amount of water compared to dunking and flushing. And the best part is that most of the time your hands stay stool free!

Super Flexible High Pressure Hose
Mini-Shower hose has a pressure rating of 150psi and stays flexible even under pressure, unlike oversized, 1/2'' diameter metal or heavy-duty plastic hoses, which become stiff and hard to bend when pressurized.
Adjustable Length 6 ft. Hose - 6 ft hose gives you the option of mounting the sprayer on either side of commode for right or left handed use. Quick-connect hose fittings allow you to cut the hose so excess hose is not lying on the floor.

~Instructions for rinsing out diapers: The diapers do not need to be soaking wet or sprayed completely clean. Hold the diaper with one hand and let it dangle in the toilet. It does not need to touch the toilet water. With the other hand, gently aim the spray at the diaper and let the water rinse the diaper until it's mostly clean. Let it drip for just a moment and then it can go into the diaper pail. Once you get the routine down, you can do this in just a few seconds and without getting your hands (or your bathroom!) wet.

What's the Scoop on Rock'n Green Cloth Diaper Detergent????
Is it safe for my diapers?
Absolutely! You don’t have to worry about repelling or buildup with Rockin’ Green. And you only use a small amount with each load of clothes, so it rinses clean. You don’t even need to do an extra rinse!
Will it void my diaper warranty? Like with Bumgenius, etc?
Many manufacturers have specific instructions on how and what to use when washing your cloth diapers. For example Bumgenius states:
You should only use detergents that are free of dyes, enzymes, perfumes, whiteners and brighteners. Using detergents containing these ingredients will cause damage to your diaper including elastic failure and leaking.
Rockin’ Green is free of dyes, enzymes, perfumes, whiteners and brighteners. So you can rest assured that it is safe for all diapers. When in doubt order the soft rock version, unscented for the gentlest formulation.
Can I use it on other laundry?
Yes! We use it on all our laundry here, and many of my customers find it easier to use one detergent for all their laundry.
My baby is really sensitive, what do you recommend?
Try the soft rock formula! It has been tested on some of the pickiest babies around with great results.
My diapers stink! Will Rockin’ Green help?
Yeap! You can do a mini-strip when you first start using Rockin’ Green to get the jump on the funk.
Fill your washer with hot water and 3 Tbsp of Rockin’ Green and let it soak for approximately 30 minutes. Then launder as usual.
Keep using Rockin’ Green to keep the stinkies at bay.
Will Rockin’ Green work on my Hard Water? Soft Water?
Yes. Rockin’ Green was designed with hard water problems in mind, so even if you have had trouble finding things that work in the past, Rockin’ Green will surprise you. If you have soft water, you can use even less Rockin’ Green to get the same effect. Begin with 1 tbs, and adjust the amount as needed.
Will the fragrance oils cause problems with my diapers?
There is approximately 10 drops of fragrance oil per 45 load batch so the amount of oil in each load is negligible.
Will Rockin’ Green work on my HE Washer? My Frontloader?
Absolutely! And because it’s a non-foaming formula, you don’t have to worry about using too much in your HE washer. Just use 1 tbs per load.
Why does my detergent look discolored?
Some fragrance oils, particularly those that contain vanilla will turn brown when mixed with Rockin’ Green. This is perfectly normal and will not harm the detergent in any way.
Is Rockin’ Green phosphate free?
Yes, Rockin’ Green is 100% phosphate free.

Laundry Detergent Scoop
These scoops are custom-made for cloth diapering families! They are premeasured to the amount of detergent typically used for washing cloth diapers. Now daddy or grandma (or anyone else!) can easily help wash diapers without fear of using too much or too little detergent. And for you, it makes it super easy to add just the right amount.
Our scoops also feature an extra long handle to make it easier to reach the bottom of your detergent box!
Scoops are 2 Tablespoons with a mark at 1 Tbl. A heaping scoop equals 3 Tbl. I conducted a poll that found that most families with top-loading machines use 2 to 3 tablespoons of detergent. Can be used for powder or liquid detergent and for top-loading or front-loading machines. (Front-loaders will use much less detergent, likely 1 tbl or less)
